How long does it take to receive my delivery?

As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be processed and packaged in our shipping department. If the purchase is completed before 12 noon, the ordered products are usually shipped on the same day. Otherwise, they will be shipped the following day. We ship with DHL or Deutsche Post. Delivery times for shipments within Germany are between 2 and 4 business days and within Europe between 4 and 8 business days.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Delivery and processing takes place from our shipping logistics in Schwarzach am Main, Franconia.

How much is the shipping?

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €39; for orders under €39, we charge €4.90 for shipping.

Within the EU, shipping is free for orders over €59; for orders under €59, we charge €9.90 for shipping.

Within Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom, shipping is free for orders over €69; for orders under €69, we charge €15.90 for shipping.
